How do I place an inquiry or order?

Inquiring takes minutes and requires no payment details in advance. Browse our shop, pick your gemstone or jewellery design, and tap "Inquire on WhatsApp". Your selection is pre-filled in the chat, so just send it. Our experts will follow up with detailed images, video clips, certificate verification, and purchase options.

How do I pay? Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery within Sri Lanka. For local orders, you pay in cash or via bank transfer when your order is delivered to your doorstep. For international clients, we accept secure bank transfers and major credit card payments, with fully insured global shipping.

How long does delivery take and do you deliver island-wide?

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka, including all major districts and towns. Once your order is confirmed, local courier dispatch takes 2-3 working days. For international delivery, insured global shipping via DHL or FedEx typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.

Are your gemstones natural? Do they come with certificates?

Yes, 100% of our gemstones are natural and ethically sourced from Sri Lanka's gem-rich regions. Every gemstone comes with an authenticity certificate from a reputable, independent gemological laboratory (such as GIC, GGTL, or NGJA) verifying its natural origin and any treatments.

Can I order a custom jewellery piece?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom-designed jewellery. You can send us your reference design or select a gemstone from our shop, and our expert craftsmen will handcraft your design in 18k/22k gold or 925 sterling silver. Connect with us on WhatsApp to discuss your ideas.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For local COD orders, you can inspect the gemstone and certificate before payment. For shipped orders, we provide a 7-day inspection period. If the item does not match the description or certificates, contact us on WhatsApp immediately to arrange a return and refund. The item must be returned in its original, unset, and unused condition.

Do you have a physical store?

RayGems is a digital storefront operated under RayTronics Lanka. While we primarily operate online and showcase our items digitally and at international exhibition shows (view our Gem Shows page!), we can arrange viewings for high-value gemstones by appointment.

Can I purchase multiple gemstones or custom pieces?

Yes, absolutely. You can inquire about multiple gems or request quotes for a suite of custom jewellery pieces (e.g., matching pendant, ring, and earrings). We will coordinate the certifications and deliver them together.
